Under the general supervision of the Manager Change Management, the Lead, Change Management is part of the Corporate Initiatives Department. This position will support various corporate departmental and Corporate Initiatives programs by applying the Reliance Change Management Framework, working per the direction of the Change Management Manager to implement the appropriate change management plans and supporting various areas of these plans.  With direction from the Manager, Change Management, the Change Management Lead will be responsible for supporting communications needs, training content development at times, supporting change network activities, and assisting with the assessment of  business readiness processes related to supported programs.  This position is responsible for supporting the Director and Manager, Change Management, in successful change and adoption of corporate programs throughout the organization or to specific stakeholder groups.  This position will work closely with the specific Project/Program Leads, corporate departments such as IT, HR, and FOCs (Family of Companies) as needed.

  • Ensure assigned projects are supported effectively by learning and applying Reliance Change Management Framework
  • Support assigned activities within change management plans
  • Support various system and software testing initiatives to achieve change goals and apply learnings to training development effort
  • Complete training development and delivery for initiatives as needed
  • Assist with communications development and distribution related to assigned projects
  • Support business readiness activities as needed with direction from the Manager, Change Management.
  • Identify and raise project risks and issues to Manager, Change Management

Requirements

 

  • Basic project planning
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Microsoft .ppt and .xls
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • System Testing
  • Training Development

Required Experience

  • At times, support and/or facilitate demonstrations, collaborative sessions, and training
  • Demonstrated experience in being an individual contributor to a bigger project or initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to work virtually
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently against deadlines
  • 2+ years experience implementing processes, policies, technology tools, or other business related changes
  • 2+ years experience demonstrated success with business communications, both written and oral
