The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Serving federal agencies and the Intelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helps our clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors, leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.


The Deputy Program Manager shall act as the assistant lead, manager, and administrator for the effort. The DPM shall direct efforts of cross-competency teams, to include contractors at multiple locations, and shall serve as the secondary interface with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and project issues. The DPM shall be available to backfill requirements of the PM, overseeing contractor personnel project operations by developing procedures; planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort; and monitoring and reporting progress. The DPM shall manage acquisition and employment of project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the project. The DPM shall assume all PM responsibilities in the event of a vacancy or short term absence of the PM.

This effort is to advance the state of the art in big data, data analysis, artificial intelligence, machine learning, andadvanced analytics to enhance the Intelligence Communitys (IC) information processes and technicalarchitectures. Leaders must address strategic challengesthat focus on leading-edge IT to deliver insight, advantages, and dominance in all warfighting domainsland,maritime, air, space, and cyber.

The primary places of performance are the Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB) and at other Government and contractor facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR). Support in other regions, both in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS), may be required. It is anticipated that long-distance travel will be required.


Must Have:

  1. A minimum of TS/SCI w/ Poly.
  2. A minimum of a Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business management, or related field.
  3. A minimum of five years of Project Management experience managing complex projects of a similar scope and complexity.
  4. An active certification in one of the following:
    1. Active PMI Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional.
    2. DAWIA Level III Program Management certification.
    3. FAC P/PM Level 3.


  1. Masters degree in engineering, computer science, business management, or other related field.
  2. A minimum of two years of experience managing projects utilizing non-traditional program management methodologies (i.e., Agile) in a big data environment.
  3. DIA experience
  4. Strong oral skills as they will be presenting to the client.
