The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.


Oversight of the following tasks include:

Responsible for overall Trouble Management activities across Tier 0, Tier I, and Tier II related to DoDNET services.
Responsible for Enterprise Management (EM) Functions including Configuration Management, EM Controller, EM Ops Engineering, Performance Management, OSS Management, Service Desk, Field Services, Integrated Logistics Support, Order Processing, Solution Development, and Service Activation.
Responsible for synchronization of incident reporting with the Global Cybersecurity Manager and situational awareness reporting to key Government Leadership and its Customers.
Will help mentor staff and provide clear goals and objectives for progression
Support the development of analytical procedures and advanced detection and correlation content to meet changing requirements, and continue evolution towards successful IT Service Management in the Active-Active environment.
Work closely with Business Operations and task order PMs on defining requirements for operational support.




Bachelor's degree with minimum 15 years of experience relevant IT Service Management (ITSM).
Demonstrated experience providing strategic SME support in Network Operations (NetOps).
Strong understanding of NetOps processes, methods, tools, capabilities, and network engineering.
Proven ability to translate technical details to senior leaders.
Ability to write and verbally communicate ITSM and risk-related concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and demonstrate poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations.
Must have experience to brief Senior or General Officer level customers.
Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Must have demonstrated track record of competency with experience including cybersecurity, information security technologies, Cloud, and SDN.
ITIL v3 Service Operations Intermediate.
US Citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance is required.


Information Technology experience as a DoD and/or Intelligence Community employee or contractor.
Experience supporting the DISA.
Demonstrated use of analysis, design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
