The Implementation Specialist I is an integral member of the HRIS team, primarily supporting the HR Shared Services (HRSS) implementation team, and is responsible for the implementation and support of RSAC Enterprise HR applications, processes and projects. This role is tasked with working with the Dayforce Implementation Lead and Business Stakeholders to gather, understand and document business requirements that support system implementations and process changes. The Implementation Specialist I is responsible for documenting the current business process and the desired “to be” state, while taking into account the Reliance enterprise standards. The Implementation Specialist I will assist in gathering, analyzing and transforming data from the business stakeholders as necessary for the system implementations. In addition to requirements and data gathering, the Implementation Specialist I supports the User Acceptance Testing planning, script development and testing activities of the HRSS Program and related applications, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors and the entire program team to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities. As part of the HRSS Program team, the Implementation Specialist I is responsible to ensure the systems and processes delivered support the needs of our Family of Companies and Reliance Corporate and are delivered in a thorough, timely and seamless manner.
