Teva Pharmaceuticals' Global Regulatory Affairs team has a new opportunity for a  Manager or Sr. Manager CMC Regulatory Affairs to support our expanding Specialty Products - Biologics portfolio.   This role will be located at our Frazer, PA site. 

 

The Manager CMC, Regulatory Affairs (Specialty Products - Biologics) will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and supporting the CMC aspects of regulatory submissions to global Health Authorities for specialty development products and in support of marketed product registrations.

 

The Senior Manager CMC, Regulatory Affairs (Specialty Products - Biologics/Biosimilars) will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and supporting the CMC aspects of regulatory submissions to global Health Authorities for new specialty products and marketed product registrations as well as licensing opportunities. The Sr. Manager may also be required to serve as the global regulatory project leader (GRPL).

Primary purpose and function of this position

The purpose of the role of Senior Manager, Reimbursement Strategies (SM RS) is to liase between the brand teams and the market access teams to ensure that Teva’s products are reimbursed appropriately and accessible to the patients we serve.   They assess the reimbursement landscape in the US and inform the Business Units, Commercial Operations and US Market Access of strategic implications of payer management and reimbursement of products within our therapeutic classes.  They develop strategic recommendations which support optimal access of our brands.  They will function as a subject matter expert in reimbursement and provide a thorough understanding of the buy and bill  markets that our current in line brands, along with future launch brands compete in.  

The SM RS is accountable for the development and execution of the reimbursement tactical plan, including management of the Annual Operating Plan Financial Budget.  They are responsible for the creation of tools for the Market Access Field Teams, including Field Reimbursement Managers, and Business unit sales teams. They will collaborate with cross-funtional partners, including brand leadership, field teams, and other departments within the organization.  A demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a cross functional team is essential. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of managed markets and prior experience in a marketing/project management role.  This role will be focus on the buy and bill brands in NASM.  This position reports to the Senior Director, Reimbursement Strategies.
