At senior levels, may act in a \u0026quot;function leadership\u0026quot; (i.e. non-people leadership) capacity.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EResponsible for management of the Global Product \u0026 Technology (GPT) agenda on achieving a fundamentally better reliability posture. System Reliability Managers use engineering and development mindset to determine solutions that will ultimately improve the availability, performance, and security of the external facing software products and internal applications used by ADP\u0027s clients, partners and associates.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDuties \u0026 Responsibilities:\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EWork with Major Incident Managers during and after the incident recovery life-cycle.\u0026middot; Identify key priority initiatives to significantly improve reliability, both proactively and reactively.\u0026middot; Provide leadership and direction to GPT System/Site Reliability Engineers and Software Engineers to define and implement sustainable and scalable solutions.\u0026middot; Publish After Action Reviews which are timely and clearly understood by technical and business personnel, and include accurate root causes and concrete follow-up items with clear owners. \u0026middot; Design and implement stability and reliability best practices and proactive solutions to potential issues by collaborating with GPT partners. \u0026middot; Define, track, review and report on Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), System Availability, and the progress and outcomes related to reliability initiatives.\u0026middot; Mitigate further impact and risk to ADP and our clients.\u0026middot; Understand and explain incident situations, recovery and plans to prevent recurrence to business stakeholder and clients.\u0026middot; Summarize complex technical issues into concise recaps for ADP associates and client leaders.\u0026middot; Assume an advisory role to ensure emergency changes adhere to a defined policy.\u0026middot; Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders both in and outside of ADP.\u0026middot; Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.\u0026middot; Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.\u003C/p\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
