A role with Target Loyalty means a big opportunity to create new Target guests and drive profitable growth. Here, you’ll deliver the insights and analytics that measure our performance and improve our marketing and media decisions. You’ll lead the discovery, interpretation and communication of meaningful data patterns that inform innovation for greater guest loyalty. Your work will help guide the holistic Target experience for our guests while providing our business partners with facts distilled into insights and implications that they can quickly and easily act on. You’ll dream big to ideate the new tools and methodologies that effectively answer Marketing and Media Strategy’s most critical questions. And you’ll provide leadership when it comes to guest data governance, policies and enhancements.
As Product Marketing Lead you will responsible for contributing to and executing on the strategic direction and evolution of the Cartwheel brand.  In partnership with BCM and creative teams, you will optimize continued engagement with our Cartwheel guests, focusing on key conversion drivers and maximizing guest engagement.  You will partner with the analytics team to identify, prioritize and construct actionable guest segments to unlock new opportunities that create value.   Developing compelling messaging that drives behaviors, targeting individual guests across our portfolio of communication channels will allow you to drive key metrics for the Cartwheel business.  You will be responsible for leveraging data, customer insights and competitive information to support the development of marketing tactics.
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in marketing with some product marketing background.
  • Effective communication skills included demonstrated ability to share insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.
  • Experience in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization; proven ability to drive results cross-functionally without direct management of all team members.
  • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a data driven environment
