This role is responsible for leading a global product management team to drive existing and forward thinking product strategies, roadmaps and outcomes across focused on the \u0026quot;movement of money\u0026quot;. The outcome for this role is to build successful partnerships across the organization and other product leaders, while understanding and setting the overall strategy and vision for their responsible products. The enablement of nearly all of ADP products money movement requirements are based on the products you and your team will manage -- moving the money to pay our clients employees (Wage Payments), to pay the taxes for our clients (Employment Tax), to pay employee garnishments to agencies (Wage Garnishments), and more.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EThe right individual will own the strategic direction, roadmap execution and measurable outcomes for the products and services supporting many of ADP\u0027s and Compliance Solutions products.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EChampion product management throughout the team, Compliance Solutions, and ADP\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEstablish and manage the roadmap for the global money movement products and anti-money laundering solution, managing requirements aligned to objectives, and prioritizing against cross portfolio priorities against desired outcomes.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMake and manage trade-off decisions among priorities, strategic bets and other considerations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with all money movement enabled product teams to anticipate, support, and drive their product needs and roadmap -- through a collaborative strategy and approach.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELead the team to manage the risk platform priorities and be forward thinking around how to leverage AI/ML models to automate risk reduction, partnering with the business stakeholders.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner with business, development and product teams within the Compliance Solutions organization to drive outcomes and innovation to support ADP\u0027s Future of Pay strategy.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to lead and manage a high performing team of platform product managers and work collaboratively with key cross functional leaders.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMeasure product effectiveness through defining objectives and key results, report outcomes and recommend priorities to improve. Leverage data to drive decisions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServe as the single point of contact for your products and services, establishing strong partnerships with key partners across ADP.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EClearly articulate product vision, strategies, priorities and desired outcomes with key partners across ADP.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELeverage usability studies, business and product usage data, external industry trends, and metrics to generate insights.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E12\u002B years experience leading geographically distributed, agile-driven product and development teams, including direct management of teams.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETechnology-oriented, experience managing products with technical complexity and interdependencies. And with a strong level of comfort doing so.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETrack record of managing competing priorities, and ability to set direction and overall priorities based on customer outcome, market awareness, strategic direction and other factors.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EQuick learner.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAwareness of FinTech technologies, experience preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience researching relevant industry trends and applying to product strategy \u0026 roadmap.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong analytical orientation, and problem-solving skills, focused on analyzing customer data, trends and statistics.
