\u003Cp\u003EThe VP Operations is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Tax Credits\u0027 Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) and other federal tax services. They manage Client Relations and Tax Operations functions focused on providing WOTC and other Federal incentive calculations to clients. The VP WOTC is accountable for meeting, exceeding, and growing financial and operational excellence targets. They partner with General Management, Marketing, Development, Finance and Human Resources to achieve sales, revenue, profit and client retention objectives.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cu\u003EESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\u003C/u\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for driving WOTC product management and strategy by liaising with product management and development to ensure that product enhancements and strategic development are continually explored and business requirements are appropriately defined and prioritized (examples: voice and web eSignature, Secure Document Upload, Mobile WOTC screening)\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for driving the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and operational processes as it relates to the WOTC product.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUnyielding focus on share growth opportunities. Design, develop, and present new ideas to further revenue. P\u0026L responsibility for WOTC business\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartners with other senior management to develop short and long term strategies and is responsible for implementing these strategies.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFocused on generating interest in Tax Credit products for existing clients through add-on opportunities. Focused on Customer Retention, Client Satisfaction and support of Sales effort with prospective clients. May participate in sales presentations or position Tax Credits\u0027 products with a client and sell add-on business.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides product direction in terms of keeping step with other ADP products and services that can be used in conjunction with Tax Credit Services. Also provides recommendations for product changes needed to achieve operational excellence and competitive advantage.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAccountable for the project management and customer support for all WOTC clients with a strong focus on Customer Retention.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for managing elevated client expectations and proactively understanding client issues that may have an impact on the success of the project. Responds to escalated project issues and works to resolve issues appropriately.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for the successful implementation of all sold business on time, within budget and delivered with a high degree of quality. Coordinates project scope and strategy-planning sessions with team members and clients to help define the strategy that will be utilized. Ensures sales, client and tax processing team members understand the product strategy and get commitment to the project timeline and deliverables.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEstablishes a strong business relationship between the client and ADP. Acts as a liaison between the client and ADP serving as the internal client advocate. Positions themselves with the client\u0027s key members and decision makers to better understand the client\u0027s short and long-term needs.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for the day-to-day operations of Tax Credits WOTC and mid-market solutions. Works closely with areas to improve current processes and procedures on order to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and improve quality.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide coaching, counseling and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Col\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEducation: B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline. Advanced degree and/or CPA designation strongly preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EA proven ability to provide direction and support to multiple teams. Is recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism and business planning capability. Proven ability to achieve financial and service results.
