Responsibilities

The 2nd Battalion Task Lead will be responsible for contractor management and support to Red Team, Mission Assurance, and Cyber Support Detachment. The candidate will manage the full range of threat factors in order to orient multi-domain assessment and exploitation of critical capabilities through cyberspace, physical, human, electromagnetic and operational means. Will lead a contractor supporting a detachment that builds organizational resilience and readiness to protect and ensure continued function of organization capabilities and assets including personnel, equipment, facilities, networks and information systems critical to customer performance. Lead a team providing software development, network engineering, cyber security and system administration support to the customer.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team conducting Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) in support of the customer requirements.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments to the supported organizations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, support training plan development and support mission and planning analysis for all mission and operations.

Qualifications

  1. Certification: Certified at either the DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) level III or Information Assurance Manager (IAM) level III.

  1. Education:

- Masters degree in Business Management or Technical Field

  1. Experience: 12 years experience in one of the following:

- Supporting the red team capability in executing effects based cyberspace operations ISO Army and Joint exercises; conducting operational vulnerability assessments; and establishing and maintaining PCO ISO persistent penetration testing (PPT) cyber-campaigns.

- Supporting the mission assurance capability in conducting cyber-to-physical (control systems) assessments (preferably ISO NDAA 1650); integrating mission assurance capabilities ISO operational technologies and infrastructure assessments; assisting with certifying Army PENTESTING programs; and providing doctrine and policy development (preferably with OPSEC experience), and support DA G34 protection assessment.

- Supporting the cyber-support detachment with developing and maintaining remote operation capabilities; building and maintaining attack platforms; and tool/exploit development.
