In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial end-user IT support including diagnosing and resolving technology problems.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support Microsoft Windows, MacOS based workstations, and various smart mobile devices.
  • Respond to work requests regarding installation, configuration, and maintenance of client software, video conferencing, printing solutions support for local office, and users working from home.
  • Perform PC installations, troubleshoot issues, repair software, and the deployment of modern technology releases.
  • Evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations and support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.
  • Maintain our current IT systems as well as assist in designing, testing, and implementing technical solutions for business applications and various End User related systems.

Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft and MacOS operating systems and solid experience supporting Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge as well as previous experience with device management, software deployment tools (i.e., Tanium, SCCM), MDT, Intune, and various mobile devices enterprise support together with their management systems like MobileIron.
  • Experience working with Active Directory, remote support tools, printers and ticketing systems is needed.
  • Good understanding of MacOS in an enterprise environment would be an advantage.
  • Must possess professional written and oral communications skills. Proficiency with Spanish and English is required.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, strong technology background and an understanding of business processes.
