Job Summary | University of Kentucky Healthcare is seeking a bariatric surgeon to assist with the clinical development of a bariatrics program and practice at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. The individual in this position is expected to provide, develop, and maintain clinical services. Specific responsibilities will include: direct patient care, serving as an attending physician on the bariatric service, and supervise students and residents assigned to the General Surgery bariatric service as specified by the department chair. This position will also serve on applicable University hospital and College of Medicine committees as assigned, and participate in outreach activities for the Department of General Surgery.
