Assistant Manager, Marketing (North America) Denver, CO

In this role, you will focus on driving and implementing marketing plans focused on optimizing and improving overall performance of products and services to retain loyal customers and drive revenue. This includes managing marketing plans, defining marketing opportunities for products and services, and analyzing marketing data.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement strategic marketing plans to align with regional business priorities across the assigned sub-regional in North America.

  • Analyze data on the sub-regions existing and potential markets.

  • Recommend, develop, and implement marketing plans.

  • Define marketing opportunities for products and services.

  • Collaborate with business units, including marketing and go-to-market teams, as well as other regional stakeholders to develop strategic market plans targeting improvement of product performance in a specific region.

  • Create revenue growth initiatives and execute the initiatives in partnership with sub-regional partners.

  • Responsible for managing regional vendor relationships and coordinating across functional teams to open POs and handle payments.

  • Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.

  • Manage cost per acquisition and lifetime value.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in marketing, experience in FinTech or Financial sector a plus.

  • Bachelors degree preferred, secondary degree required. Education or equivalent experience may be considered. Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $74,500 $110,000 USD per year base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
