The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.

The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is one of 11 Unified Combatant Commands (CCMDs) in the United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD). USSOUTHCOMs Area of Responsibility (AOR) includes Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. USSOUTHCOM is responsible for providing contingency planning, operations, and security cooperation for the AOR and its territorial waters and Force Protection (FP) of U.S. military resources at these locations. USSOUTHCOM is also responsible for ensuring the defense of the Panama Canal and the canal area.

USSOUTHCOM has a requirement for rapid reaction to special mission projects across multiple disciplines. These projects are designed to mitigate asymmetric threats to tactical elements deployed in various AORs and build capacity among partner nations in furtherance of these mitigation efforts. These projects develop, integrate, and provide the operation of mission systems used for information collection that detect, identify, assess, exploit, or neutralize threats to the U.S. and its interests. Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) is often referred to as the collective whole, but the capabilities are distinct and each fulfills a different purpose in support of the overall mission.

The Combined Area Operations Center (CAOC) Liaison Officer (LNO) shall serve as the primary contact to the customer aviation program and coordinate with the host nations intelligence requirements. The CAOC LNO shall manage the coordination of flight operations and serve as the interlocutor between the contractor workforce and the Government leadership within the CAOC. The candidate shall utilize their personal knowledge of the operations and employment of the contracted ISR platforms to assist the CAOC in optimizing the day-to-da sorties of the ISR systems. The candidate will have travel to other CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Required Qualifications:

1. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
2. At least three years of experience working in geopolitical roles within or with countries within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
3. Ten years of experience in aviation and ISR activities supporting data collection, field surveys technical assistance of ISR equipment and platforms.
4. A minimum of seven years of experience with Joint Airborne ISR Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
5. A minimum of seven years of experience in the use of Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities and TTPs used by modern manned ISR assets.
6. A minimum of five years of experience working with Tier 1 ISR Units or Special Missions Units (SMUs).

Desired Qualifications:

1. Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive compartment Information eligibility,
2. At least three years of experience working in geopolitical roles within or with countries within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
3. Minimum 12 years of experience in aviation and ISR activities supporting data collection, field surveys technical assistance of ISR equipment and platforms.
4. A minimum of nine years of experience with Joint Airborne ISR Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
5. Strong Proficiency in Spanish
6. A minimum of ten years of experience in the use of Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities and TTPs used by modern manned ISR assets.
