The Computer System Analyst III candidate will be part of a larger team providing support to the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Clinical Infrastructure Modernization (CIM) Integrated Product Team (IPT). The team provides Health Information Technology engineering support in the areas of Information Technology (IT) service designs, system engineering, systems administration, enterprise network, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure modernization, IT systems, systems deployment and integration, as well as Information Assurance (IA) and system support services supporting all of the Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare.

Experience Requirements

Five (5) years directly related experience with the maintenance or development of software programs/applications based in UNIX or C or other applicable computer languages. Computerized System experience, to include:

• Design
• Development
• Test and Evaluation
• Network Protocols
• LAN administration fundamentals
• UNIX and/or Windows based operating system

Education

High School diploma or GED

Certifications

Must have or become certified in any of the following within 1.5 years of assuming duties:

• Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)

Or with approval from the Government Contract Office Representative

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
• Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD)
• Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)
• Sun Certified Professional (SCP)
• Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP)
• CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

Must comply with DoD 8570.01-M certification requirements for the position having achieved and maintained one of the follow certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP
