Credit and Collection Chargeback Senior Specialist (Fixed-term) - Vilnius, Lithuania

Role Responsibilities

• Extract debt collection cases through SQL queries and upload them to the internal system.

• Upload chargebacks to dispute management system and review resolution.

• Review accounts for placements to 3rd party debt collection agencies and support inquiries.

• Submit and track requests for proof of payments from retail agent locations.

• Perform Agent charging process when the due date is not met.

• Manage exception cases received from various departments.

• Support internal and external payment inquiries and when necessary, engage payment vendors.

• Demonstrating partnership with other digital departments such as payment exceptions, Compliance, and any others to support customer inquiries or issues.

• Support Manager with daily workload distribution and improving internal processes.

• The position also acts as a subject matter expert in assuring that the team provides outstanding customer service that is in the best balance of business and customer needs.

Role Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience within the financial industry, preferably in digital payments and/or card-related areas.

• Understanding of operations and dispute management & collections processes within the financial services industry.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to details and the ability to effectively communicate between business and information technology teams.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, ability to interact with all levels of management.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience in writing database queries is a plus. Ability to produce datasets and reports for analysis and MS Office proficiency.

• Experience with process enhancements and automation is a plus.

• Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills (B2+).

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1408 - 2083 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
