Qualifications - Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be Deputy Program Manager to a contract that provides a broad range of intelligence analysis to the Federal Government and has demonstrated capability to operate throughout the intelligence life cycle of collection, analysis, and production, provide quick response support, and deliver mission critical expertise across all aspects of the Intelligence Analysis (IA) mission.
The candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision of approximately 10-15 regional, RF and cyber/signals analysts (and total 20-30 personnel). The candidate will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. The candidate will be responsible key customer relationships and technical deliverables of the workforce.
The candidate may serve as the primary or assistant technical and management interface for the company, customer, and senior staff. The candidate will also provide direct PMO support the Program by providing accountability of business processes and products. Specifically the candidate will be responsible for:
- Serving as the Subcontract Program Manager (supporting over 5 subcontracts) -
- Managing the overall business conduct of the subcontract(s) to include requesting preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs), analyzing the subcontractors proposal, and supporting the SCA in subcontract definitization.
- Managing the subcontractors performance to plan to include monitoring technical, cost and schedule performance by the subcontractor; performing surveillance to assure early problem identification, and resolving technical and schedule problems.
- Providing the primary day-to-day interface with the subcontractors PM.
- Developing and administering award fee plans, if applicable.
- Monitoring program business metrics and makes corrective actions
- Staffing lead for the program
