Better requires process discipline and simplification

Well be looking to you to provide global support for the execution and management of all DEI strategic initiatives. You will work directly with all members of the DEI office to ensure timely and accurate delivery of programs. Youll guide Employee Resource Group efforts and have direct responsibility for the delivery of key reporting that will track DEI goals, this will include talent acquisition and recruiting efforts that impact the diversity recruiting strategy. You will also serve as the global subject matter expert to develop and manage the Early Careers program content for all regions, and work closely with the recruiting organization to develop partnerships with the top talent in select colleges and universities.

For such a pivotal role, you will have 5 years of business experience, preferably supporting DEI organizational strategy. Youll have a bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field. Youll bring to the table intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs, Workday and have advanced analytical skills. You will have strong communication skills (Written and Verbal) and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. You will work with a global mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage time effectively, and have strong problem-solving skills. Youll have project management skills and demonstrate the ability to lead specific initiatives and programs.

The annual gross base salary range is $63,300.45 $104,650.38. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
