This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, planning, and performance analysis of our global /regional product portfolio. You will lead a team of commercial and analytics leaders, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute product strategies, define roadmaps, and analyze key performance metrics. This role will involve market research, data analysis, and a deep understanding of customer needs to guide product decision-making and maximize business impact.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the product strategy and roadmap, aligning them with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and define strategic product priorities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product strategists, planners, and analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  • Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and facilitate professional growth and development within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to define and execute product plans and initiatives.
  • Drive the product planning process, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and effective coordination across teams.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance, including revenue, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct data analysis, market research, and user feedback analysis to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements and optimizations.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market gaps, benchmark product features, and propose strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling business cases for new product initiatives, feature enhancements, and investments.
  • Conduct financial analysis, ROI calculations, and market opportunity assessments to support decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, product managers, sales, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics, and effectively communicate product-related insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously assess and enhance product strategy, planning, and analytics processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment across the organization.
  • Identify and promote best practices in product strategy, planning, and analytics, and champion their adoption within the team and the broader organization.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in product strategy, planning, and analytics roles, with a focus on technology or software products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable product strategies and recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
  • Solid understanding of product development methodologies, market research techniques, and performance analytics.
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis capabilities to develop and evaluate business cases and financial models.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving product growth and success through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $211,898 - $353,164 per year, which includes a base salary, short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
