The Information Operations (IO) S3 Task Lead is responsible for managing contractor support to Brigade Command Operations office to include coordinating, integrating, synchronizing, monitoring and assessing all current and future operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the training and certification of IO-related courses and will lead Mobile Training Team missions focusing on integrating Information Related Capabilities (IRC) into Army operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of policy and doctrine pertaining to IO operations, planning and training as well as leading the mission support cell responsible for writing operations plans, operations order, and provide briefings and required documentation to brigade leadership. The candidate will also manage dispersed liaisons providing IO representation during briefings, forums and working groups.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with ability to obtain a CI poly
  2. Masters Degree in Business Management or technical field
  3. 10+ Years experience, Six years demonstrated experience in integration and synchronizing IO
  4. Five or more years active duty military, civilian or contractor performance working performance working in a Brigade S3 or equivalent level Staff
  5. Demonstrated leadership of a staff of 15 or more personnel
  6. Experience in two of the following training requirements.
  • IO Courseware development and presentation
  • Course/Seminars/STX/workshops
  • Authorizing curriculum using the systematic steps and process of the Accountable Instructional System
  • Formulating and integration various Programs Of Instructions (POI)

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Ten or more years experience working in information operations
  2. Candidate has current TRADOC instructor Certification
  3. Six years experience in all training functional areas (IO courseware, workshops, accountable instructional system, programs of instruction) listed in required qualifications
  4. Proven experience writing, reviewing and briefing reports and disseminating to necessary subordinate organizations
  5. Served as a Brigade planner in a Military Organization
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  7. Superb communications skills, both oral and written
