Youll work closely with global leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to set priorities, align projects to strategic objectives, and ensure training materials are effective, current, and relevant.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with subject matter experts to identify the target audiences online training needs.
  • Analyze collected feedback from stakeholders to determine the best online learning solution.
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
  • Create supporting material/media (infographics, audio, video, simulations, games, etc.)
  • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of multiple instructional design projects, perform continuous evaluations on the courses and seek a way to improve the training for its audience.
  • Work with stakeholders and other groups to implement the training via Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or previous working experience in instructional design or training and development for 2+ years
  • 1+ years of experience using graphics/video creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Proficiency in course development software (Articulate Storyline 360)
  • Understanding of technology and best practices in the e-learning field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically uploading, testing, and troubleshooting content is preferred.

Note: Selected candidates will be asked to share a portfolio of the online e-learning projects or other relevant works they have created.
