Leader, Pricing Strategic Planning Denver, Colorado

The pricing team is looking for a high-energy, leader to help drive impact and orchestrate the Pricing 2.0 transformation in support of our broader business goals. This person will report directly to our Global Head of Pricing & DRs to create the executional framework for success across consumer pricing, agent commission constructs, promotions, incentives, etc.

This role will be accountable for keeping visibility across the broader transformation, driving individual workstreams and building executive communication aligned to the strategic priorities of WU & OKRs whilst tracking team deliverables so that we achieve/exceed on our commitments + metrics. Key areas of responsibility will include developing specific strategic roadmaps for each vertical with the teams that are driving execution so that we deliver to an integrated plan & KPIs, risks are identified ahead of time and a cohesive narrative is shared with key stakeholders on a regular /as needed basis. Represent Global Head of Pricing in both internal settings, provide financial management oversight & support. and assist in decision making to ensure the department is executing in the most efficient and lean way.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of an integrated strategic and executional roadmap across consumer pricing, agent commission constructs, promotions, incentives, etc. that delivers on KPIs & strategic priorities.

• Accountable for visibility and tracking deliverables across the broader Pricing 2.0 transformation, driving individual workstreams and building executive communication aligned to strategic priorities.

• Develop strategic roadmaps for each vertical with the teams that are driving execution to deliver to an integrated plan & KPIs.

• Represent Global Head of Pricing in both internal settings, provide financial management oversight & support.

• Assist in decision making to ensure the department is executing in the most efficient and lean way.

  • Create clear, structured strategic recommendations that can be presented to C-level company executives incl. MBRs.

  • Define, refine and track departmental OKRs, ensuring the teams' adherence to our top strategic priorities.

  • Play a key role in all strategic planning processes including being a key participant on behalf of the department and act as a proxy where necessary.

  • Lead strategic projects, as identified by executive leader.

  • Coordinate executive departmental communications, leadership team meetings, and tracking of action items identified.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of strategy development experience within a geographically distributed team.

• Experience in executing strategic business priorities and financial discipline in a cross functional working environment.

• Strong analytical background, detail oriented, and dynamic to work with a broad set of leaders within the organization.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Track record of successful delivery of complex programs and projects.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is USD$114,242 - USD$190,403 per year, base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
