Qualifications

Bachelors and 12 years or, Masters /Doctorate degree and 10 or more years analyzing IT related programs or projects in one of the following categories, Information Technology, Systems Engineering.

• Strong Project Management experience including the identification of tasks, stakeholders and project dependencies and the development of work plans.
• Superior organization skills.
• Demonstrated strong performance working in multi-contractor, customer site environment supporting senior executives.
• Ability to build and sustain professional networks throughout IC.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with assessment of functional requirements; research best business practices and methodologies within government and industry; use benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and operations; evaluate available products, assess feasible solutions and perform analysis of alternatives to achieve a new enterprise business model that enables the IC ITE strategy.
• Assist with translating user requirements into detailed technical solutions and specifications for the design, implementation, testing and assessment of enterprise-wide services and capabilities, and linkage to the IC ITE architecture.
• Maintain guiding documents, to include: Business Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Transition Plan, Systems Inventory.
• Review and analyze implementation plans from IC ITE service providers (IC agencies responsible for implementing IC ITE initiatives) across the IC.
• Support the development and execution of a comprehensive program assessment process and methodology, to monitor and assess current and projected business services projects and operations and recommend solutions for better integration and interoperability of business services.
• Support the development of the strategic plan for IC enterprise business services, capability plans for each functional business area and transition plans that streamline processes, institute common solutions and data standards, leverage technology and expand shared services.

This position requires TS/SCI with Poly Clearance.

Responsibilities

Peraton has an immediate need for a Management Analyst in Bethesda, MD.

Position: IT Management Analyst focused on IC ITE governance.

The Governance, Policy, and Operations task supports all aspects of the IC ClO governance and policy frameworks. This task enables the implementation and integration of the IC ITE strategy. Provide secretariat support to IC ClO-sponsored boards, committees, councils, and panels. Support to IC CIO involvement and external boards, committees, councils, and panels.

Support the analysis, coordination and development of policies related to the IC CIO. Support the development, integration and execution of the IC ITE Governance Project Plan and support the writing and coordination of Congressionally Directed Actions and Legislative Referral Memos.
