Qualifications - Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
- Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
Desired Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required Experience: 7 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
Intermediate Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
Desired Education: Bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Required Education: Associates degree with 7 years experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years experience in an intelligence discipline
Responsibilities - Provides the transfer of knowledge sharing, so that the organization know how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Promotes knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes.
- Strengthens links between knowledge sharing and the information systems and improves integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems. Promotes collaborative tools such as activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.
- Provide support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Shares experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies.
- Help to monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities. May supervise more junior team members.
- Maintains communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations.
- Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs and with the companys or customers information infrastructure.
- Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization.
- Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
- Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs; produces metrics; provides cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems.
- Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions.
- Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
