Fachmitarbeiter/in biologische Produktion
Hauptaufgaben
Herstellung von Impfstoff im Bereich Upstream, Downstream, Formulierung sowie Pufferherstellung
Bedienung von Bioreaktoren, Chromatographieanlagen, Isolator und weiteren Prozessanlagen
Durchfhren und Protokollierung von Produktionsaktivitten in der Impfstoffherstellung gemss geltenden Richtlinien (cGMP, SOPs)
Dokumentation und durchfhren von Inprozesskontrollen sowie deren Auswertung
Verwalten, Bewirtschaften und Instandhaltung von zugeteilten Rumen, Einrichtungen und Ausrstung
Unsere Erwartungen
Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbereich oder Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Pharma-, Biochemie- oder Biotechnologie
Berufserfahrung in Reinraumklassen D und C
Gute Kenntnisse im hygienischen und sterilen Arbeiten und cGMP
Zuverlssiges und exaktes Arbeiten / Protokollieren selbststndig und im Team
Technisches Flair im Umgang mit komplexen Produktionsanlagen und -prozessen
Erfahrung mit Bioreaktoren, Chromatographie, Isolator, Filtration und Apparatetechnik
Wnschenswert ist Erfahrung in single-use Technologien
Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil
Gute PC-Kenntnisse mit MS-Office / SAP
