Qualifications

- 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates creating Data Sharing Agreements, conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
- demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or
- demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.

-Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required Experience: 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+

Responsibilities
  • Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, Joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
  • Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs.
  • Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country.
  • Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and the other senior leadership as well.
  • Connects pieces of information that is available from different sources like field agents and form reliable reports on anti-terrorism and national security to deal with potential threats.
  • Assesses the believability of the information from the reliable sources, collects it and validates intelligence.
  • May provide team leadership to other Analysts.
  • Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
  • Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; execute intelligence master data management; data architecture; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs; produces metrics; provides crossdomain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems.
  • Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions.
  • Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
