Qualifications Position Requirements:- Requires 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.
- Ability to maintain an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
- Strategic Communication and briefing expertise.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as ability to lead meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively and professionally with people at all organizational levels.
- Ability to build a process that others can use to ensure coordination across geographically dispersed sites.
- Experience with MS Office software: particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience leading projects, developing strategic plans and training initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities As a member of the Program Management Team, the chosen candidate will be responsible for leading Program Management Office (PMO) work streams across a program with approximately 170 resources spread across 4 different geographic locations.
This position has accountability for governing the timely completion of deliverables through a standard project management framework consisting of PMO processes, templates, controls and assurance activities as well as supporting project management tools and capabilities to meet the objectives of the program.
This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction and the capacity to be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical as we will look to the Project Engineer for input on how to evolve current processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicate with the leadership team and team members to enable collaboration and ensure productive and professional relationships.
- Implement and execute processes and controls to ensure successful execution and reporting of corporate and customer initiatives on the program.
- Develop and execute processes and procedures to include employee training, on-boarding/off-boarding, strategic communications, travel, etc.
- Be accessible to answer questions on various programmatic items as they arise and work collaboratively with the team to provide requested reporting information to the government for contract related issues.
- Assist the PM and DPM in providing end-to-end project management support by planning, and coordinating activities.
- Support monthly Program Review Preparation, Forecast Analysis, Subcontractor Scorecards, Procurement Actions, Invoice review, and other ad-hoc programmatic responsibilities.
