We are looking for Senior Associate, Solution Engineering, who will work in partnership with other groups within the Western Union. In this unique role, you be part of the team which will be responsible for building and maintaining our next-generation software. As an Associate, you will be part of the team responsible for the implementation of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework.

Role Responsibilities

• In this role you required skills like Design and develop and implement new software. Maintain and improve existing software.
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.

Role Requirements

• 6+ years of Experience in Tibco suite of products (Business Events, Enterprise Messaging Server, Active Space).
• Strong hands-on experience on Core JAVA/ Spring/ Springboots concepts including OOPS, exception handling, Collections Framework, abstraction, inheritance, Devops Pipeline etc.
• Exposure to relational databases, NOSQL is a plus. Good experience in Spring framework including dependency injection, IOC, Spring boot etc.
• Experience in containerization, Knowledge of architecture and design concepts.
