In this role, you will be a key person to create design templates within an existing design templating platform to achieve production efficiencies and automation.

Role Responsibilities

• Create compelling graphics and multimedia elements to enhance brand communication.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders/account managers and the creative design team to develop engaging assets for different media channels, including social media, Web, and print.

• Adapt existing designs for various formats, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.

• Work with the Bynder asset management program and create new design templates and provide support to the team with existing ones.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio, showcasing your creativity and technical skills.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color.

• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of Adobe CC software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD. Knowledge of Sketch and After Effects would be an advantage.

• Ability to work independently, take accountability for assigned projects, interact with different stakeholders, and problem-solve.

• Willingness to jump in, grasp directions quickly, and run with projects (following templates/style guides)

• Capability to work in a dynamic environment alongside a driven team.

• Proficient English speaking and writing skills are required.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2175 4000 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
