As a Korean Senior Specialist, you will be part of the team that provides support to our agents and customers in the EMEA APAC region.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers and agents by accommodating their inquiries and requests mostly over the phone, and via email, if the need arises
  • Provide translation service - Korean to English and vice versa
  • Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets
  • Continuously learn our products, services, and processes, and take required trainings

Role Requirements

  • Native Korean speaker or Non Native Korean Speaker.
  • Fluency in English - strong verbal, written and listening skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrate a customer first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills
