We are currently hiring a Sr. Director of Technology Experience to join our team. In this role, you will work with the end user computing team oversee architecture, engineering and operational aspects of our windows environment. This role is critical to making sure we provide a best-in-class end user experience for our associates. We are looking to continue to move away from some legacy platforms and devices and this role will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the next generation decision making process.  In this role you will be driving decisions for our global enterprise as we continue our move to the cloud and helping us continue to improve our associate experience, which is a top priority for us.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Design & Deploy. You'll oversee and provide guidance to
  • Provision/de-provision hardware, software and access to ADP associates. Focus will be on automating these activities.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot operating system images and task sequences in SCCM for a variety of hardware and virtual platforms.
  • Streamline activities around package design and application deployments using SCCM, Microsoft's standard installer technology (MSI) and transforms (.MST) using industry standard tools.
  • Configure, deploy and monitor OS and application updates through Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), SCCM and other delivery mechanisms
  • Advanced troubleshooting on desktop/laptop related issues using industry standard tools
  • We work collaboratively, so you will communicate and collaborate with technical developers and multiple stakeholders for your products. You'll articulate clear and compelling reasons to persuade developers to make product changes for the end user's benefit.
  • You're always learning new codes and eager to figure things out as you learn.
  • Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for a solution.


  • BS in Computer Science or related field highly desired. Equivalent work experience considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in creating and maintaining operating system images using System Center Configuration Manager, InTune, Auto-pilot and third-party tools
  • Experience with zero touch provisioning using modern end point management systems
  • 10+ years of experience using SCCM and WSUS for OS patching and application packaging, updates and maintenance
  • 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams
  • Microsoft and/or PMP certifications highly desirable
