POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for accurate identification and timely processing of all legal documents according to established business requirements. 
  • Responsible for understanding all of the intricacies and details of all six different lien types (child support, writ/creditor garnishment, bankruptcy, tax levy, wage assignment), their modification types, and their release types and then processing this data within the WGRS system within the established SLA (service level agreements). All lien types processed by this associate are required to achieve 99% accuracy without audit. 
  • Responsible to understand the verbiage on procedures and comprehend clients' pay system specifics and limitations for all lien types. 
  • Responsible for performing processing tasks in Whitney/ProB and WGRS systems and research using all tools such as SmartHub, GCPI, Lien Set up Tool and USMM to identify and report any missing information and/or inconsistencies. 
  • Responsible to protect all documents and follow security procedures to avoid any Security Incidents. 
  • Responsible to key all records accurately to avoid a write off causing ADP a financial liability. All tasks must meet standard SLA established by the business.
  • Responsible to fix all rejected fields within 2 hours and monitor reject trend to improve accuracy. 
  • Responsible to review and validate PBX codes to ensure external accuracy is reported correctly.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 1-2 years garnishment experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Experience with the Whitney processing platform is a plus.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Strong PC skills with prior experience with Windows operating environment.
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for telephone and email communication.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
  • Good interpersonal skills for functioning in a team oriented office environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strong Data entry skills with proven speed and accuracy. Excellent ten key experience.
  • Superior Alpha and Numeric data entry skills with little to no error rate. 
  • Experience in outbound calling.
  • Ability to apply analytical and mathematical skills to interpret court orders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
